Shipping policy

PRODUCTION TIME: More often than not, I can ship your order within 2-5 business days. During busy times (holidays, summer show season, etc), please allow for a few extra days.

I will always do my best to make deadlines for birthdays or special occasions, so if you have a certain time constraint, please call  (847) 309-8419 or email me at sales@fashionstones.com.  There is a place to leave a note or special instructions when ordering.  

SHIPPING TIME:

All orders being placed before 11:59pm (CST) on December 5th will be shipped via USPS priority mail for $8.00, which usually takes 2-3 business days to get to you. Please note this is not a guaranteed service by USPS and could take longer.*** 

Your order will some likely be processed the next business day.  You will receive an email with a tracking so you can track your package.

All orders placed after 11;59pm CST on December 5th will be shipped UPS ground at the carrier rate

***HOLIDAY/COVID 

Due to COVID,  the carriers are short-staffed resulting in slow than normal delivery. Priority mail, which is usually 1-3 days, is taking up to 7 days or longer. UPS is also running behind.
